Damaged Products

If you receive a product from Tolle Lege Press that is damaged, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund. Tolle Lege Press will also reimburse you for the return postage (media mail only). Once we receive the damaged product, we will immediately send a replacement to you at no additional charge.

Incomplete/Inaccurate Orders

If the order you receive from Tolle Lege Press is incomplete or contains products you did not order, please call us immediately at 1-800-651-0211. If your order is incomplete, we will send the missing product to you as quickly as possible. If your order contains inaccurate products, they should be returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days to receive a full refund. Tolle Lege Press will reimburse you for the return postage (media mail only).
